Over the next few weeks, we're going to be a bit stricter in raid performance. While we're not going to get crazy hardcore, we will be looking a bit more at individuals and trying to get everyone up onto a similar level of performance output. Now that we're back into raiding regularly, we need to be doing the best we can. After all, if we aren't downing bosses, we aren't a raiding guild. Check the general forums for a bit more about that, including the current targets, strats, and a few more thoughts that I've had on the matter.

Over the next few days, I'm going to be updating the guild information, cleaning house for some of the dead weight from our roster, and cleaning out the guild bank to prepare for one of the two guild events planned for the fall. So, a few things y'all can do to help me, Kres, and Sylv out...

-Check your alts! Make sure your alts have up to date guild notes with your mains name in them. While between the officers we can name 90% of you all, odds are there will be a handful that haven't been tagged properly. So if you have a character you don't want removed, log it in and double check to make sure the alt info is current.

-The low level stuff in the guild bank is there to be used. Whatever isn't gone by Thursday night this week is getting either vendored or AH'd and the cash is getting dumped back into the guild bank.
